What the service is

TradeMai replays past market data so you can practise trading and test a strategy. Everything in it is simulated: no order reaches a broker or an exchange, no money moves, and no position you open here exists anywhere else.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Trading carries risk and you can lose money. Results in a simulation do not predict results in a live market: real trading adds slippage, requotes, liquidity limits, fees, and the pressure of risking your own money. Past market behaviour does not predict future prices.

You are responsible for your own trading decisions, and for checking whether using this service is allowed where you live.

Market data

Historical prices come from a third-party source and are provided as they are. We check the data and repair gaps we find, but we cannot promise it is complete, exact, or the same as the prices your own broker showed. Do not rely on it as a record of what happened.

You may use the data inside the service for your own practice and research. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or scrape our API to build another product.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure: anything done through it is treated as done by you.

One account is for one person. Do not share it.

We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attacks it, or breaks these terms.

Subscription and payment

The paid plan is Pro, USD 19 per month, and it renews monthly until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.

Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects you.

Payment is handled by a payment provider; we never see your full card details.

Refunds

If the service does not work as described and we cannot fix it, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that month.

We do not refund because a strategy lost money in a simulation, or because the account was not used.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload or disrupt the service.

Do not copy the software or the data out of the service to build a competing product.

Do not use the service for anything illegal.

Availability

We work to keep the service up, but we do not guarantee it is always available or free of faults. We may change or stop features, and we will give notice when a change matters to paying users.

Our liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect loss arising from using the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ownership

The site, the app and their content belong to us. Your practice data belongs to you.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
